Established in 1968, Jack Metal Products Factory Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in the metal processing industry for over half a century. We specialize in the production and export of zinc alloys and electroplated metal products, covering diverse fields such as gifts and handbag accessories. Today, we have established long-term partnerships with many internationally renowned brands, focusing on OEM project development, and have become a trusted strategic partner for metal parts.

Production base

In 1985, we expanded our production base to Shenzhen, China, while our Hong Kong headquarters focused on providing comprehensive sales and customer service. We own a self-built factory covering an area of 18,000 square meters, which laid a solid foundation for stable production and quality control.

Our core technological capabilities mainly involve two core manufacturing processes:

Zinc alloy die castings: possessing high efficiency, high precision, and complex forming capabilities, they are widely used in the fields of luxury handbag accessories, gift decorations, etc.
Stainless steel powder metallurgy (MIM): a metal injection molding technology that enables the mass production of complex geometric structures with precision.

We offer complete surface treatment solutions, including:

Electroplating: A traditional electroplating process that gives products a bright appearance and corrosion resistance.
Vacuum electroplating (PVD): An environmentally friendly and advanced physical vapor deposition technology that provides high-hardness, wear-resistant, and richly colored metallic coatings.

In 1985, we crossed the Shenzhen River and established our production base in mainland China. This was not only an expansion of production capacity, but also a crucial step in our integration into the global supply chain.
