We have fully integrated rapid prototyping technology into the mold development process, providing customers with a key shortcut to shorten product launch time. This technology combines digital design and automated manufacturing, enabling the production and modification of high-precision molds in a very short time, completely changing the pain points of traditional mold development that are time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Zinc alloy vacuum plating technology N+PVD: stronger and more corrosion resistant.

We have fully integrated N+PVD vacuum plating technology into the zinc alloy surface treatment process, providing customers with a plating solution that combines excellent quality and cost-effectiveness. This technology combines advanced vacuum coating processes with a dedicated transition substrate design, enabling the formation of a highly adhesive and corrosion-resistant gold plating layer on zinc alloy substrates, completely solving the long-standing problems of poor adhesion and easy oxidation and discoloration in traditional electroplating.

Logo Forming Technology: Precise Logos, Brand Imprints. We fully integrate logo forming technology into the metal hardware production process, providing clients with professional solutions for perfectly showcasing their brand logos. This technology integrates multiple forming processes, including direct mold casting, precision stamping, and laser engraving, capable of handling logo designs of any complexity and completely resolving quality pain points such as blurry logos, misaligned positions, or missing details in traditional manufacturing processes.

In 1985, we expanded our production base to Shenzhen, China, while our Hong Kong headquarters focused on providing comprehensive sales and customer service. We own a self-built factory covering an area of 18,000 square meters, which laid a solid foundation for stable production and quality control.

We attach great importance to environmental protection and sustainable development:

  • Wastewater treatment capacity: 100 tons/day

  • Actual emissions: 60 tons/day

  • Treatment process flow: Cyanide removal → Flocculation → Sedimentation → Biochemical treatment → pH adjustment → Sand filtration
