Compared to the development time of traditional steel molds, which can take weeks or even months, rapid prototyping technology can compress the cycle to days or even hours, allowing your products to enter the market faster.

Rapid prototyping can produce samples that are close to the final mass production quality, providing the most realistic tactile feel and performance feedback for appearance verification, functional testing, and customer demonstrations.

Without being constrained by the complicated modification process of traditional molds, we can quickly adjust the mold design based on customer feedback, complete the changes at the lowest cost and time, and ensure that the final design perfectly meets the requirements.

Multiple materials, flexible applications

It supports a variety of mold materials and molding processes, including silicone molds, epoxy resin molds, and low-melting-point alloy molds, and can meet different needs such as vacuum injection molding, low-pressure injection molding, and trial molding.

Before investing in expensive mass production steel molds, small-batch trial production is conducted using rapid prototyping molds to verify the product design, functionality, and assembly fit, effectively reducing the risk of corrections and additional costs during the mass production phase.
